At Behavior Analysis Jamaica (BAJ), we strive to provide high-quality, personalized consultation services and professional workshops. To ensure that we can serve all clients effectively and maintain fairness in scheduling, we ask that all individuals and organizations adhere to the following cancellation and service policy.

Booking & Confirmation

• All workshop and consultation bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through a completed online booking form.

• Bookings are not considered final until a confirmation email is sent by a BAJ team member.

• Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the scope of service.

Cancellation Policy

For Consultation Appointments (individual or group):

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the session fee.

For Workshops or Training Sessions (small or large group):

• At least 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 3–6 days prior to the scheduled workshop will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to full billing.

Rescheduling

• We will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule sessions or workshops with adequate notice.

• Rescheduling is subject to staff availability and may affect the delivery timeline.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in accordance with the agreed-upon invoicing schedule.

• For workshops, a deposit may be required at the time of booking, with full payment due before or on the day of service.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or other approved digital platforms (as specified in your invoice).
