Behaviour Technician

Behavior Analysis Jamaica (BAJ) is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children with Autism and related conditions. As an BT at BAJ, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, and promote meaningful behavior change.
